MK Consulting GmbH advises the Vienna VIKINGS on their way to the ELF
Participation in the new European League of Football
Our company is looking forward to another very interesting consulting mandate in team sports, this time in AMERICAN FOOTBALL for the VIENNA VIKINGS!
The VIENNA VIKINGS, 5 x Euro Bowl winners and 15 x Austrian Champions in American Football (only men's competitions) will participate in the new European League of Football (ELF) starting in the upcoming 2022 season, which will advance club football on the continent and will also be more financially lucrative than anything that has been done before. The ELF started in 2021 with 8 teams (reigning champion Frankfurt Galaxy), has been expanded to 12 teams for 2022, including the Vienna Vikings as the absolute dream candidate of the Hamburg-based ELF organization. The ELF is to be expanded to 24 teams throughout Europe in the next 3 years, with the season running from May to September.
However, participation in the ELF is also associated with corresponding organizational, legal and economic changes for the current VIENNA VIKINGS association with the establishment of a separate capital company for the ELF area. In the course of the consulting mandate MK Consulting GmbH will support the association (and in particular its board) first of all in the FOUNDATION PHASE of the Football Betriebs GmbH for the creation of the best possible structures for a successful future development, in order to also ensure an optimal separation of the activities that are to be provided in the new GmbH (or must be provided according to legal requirements) or remain in the association as before. Likewise, the CONCEPTION DEVELOPMENT for the Football Betriebs GmbH including support in the preparation of various marketing and investor presentations with the support of MK Consulting GmbH. Furthermore, Markus Kraetschmer will contribute his experience and contacts to the INVESTOR and SPONSOR search of the new FRANCHISE.
