MK Consulting GmbH - the start has been made
Management consultancy with a focus on sportconsulting
After completion of all necessary legal, organizational and technical preparatory work it is now official - the "MK Consulting GmbH" began its operational activity, will act from now on in the business branch "Management Consultancy with a focus on Sportconsulting"! After more than 26 years in different organizations owner and managing director Markus Kraetschmer (49) made the decision to begin a new chapter in his professional career and to act for the first time independently. The focus of the activities lies in the DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) is however not limited to these countries.
Kraetschmer has many years of experience in many activities in the sports and education field, especially in the operational management of clubs, stock corporations and ltd., as well as the exercise of other various operational and non-operational board functions for clubs and corporations. Due to his almost 24 years of activity for FK Austria Wien in various executive functions and his mandates at the Austrian Bundesliga (ÖFBL), the Austrian Football Association (ÖFB) and the European Club Association (ECA), he has a large national and international network, which he can bring into his new fields of activity accordingly!
MK Consulting GmbH will mainly work on the following business areas:
- Management Consultancy with focus on Sportsconsulting
- Structuring and restructuring (in the organizational and operational structure) of clubs and associations
- Conception, negotiation and implementation of projects in the field of merger & acquisition (investors)
- Comprehensive investor, sponsor and stakeholder management for clubs and sports organizations
- Conception, implementation and analysis of Infrastructure, CSR and Sustainability projects
- Internationalization of sports organizations
- Digitalization of sports organizations
- Financing of sports organizations incl. various special areas (e.g. infrastructure; women's football) incl. risk analyses
- Representation of organizations (federations, clubs) in various national and international committees
- Management of various companies in the field of commodity trading and real estate
- Various supervisory board mandates
- Preparation and realization of expert lectures and business literature or publications
- Lecturer in courses (e.g. "Football Management B.A." at IFI (International Football Institute) in cooperation with HAM (University of Applied Management) in Ismaning, D)
- Coaching of managers
