2023 has started with interesting lectures and panel discussions
Under this premise, the chosen path was consistently continued at the beginning of the year 2023. On 06/07 January 2023, Kraetschmer was able to act as a lecturer in the soccer manager course as part of the Austrian Bundesliga Campus. The module "Organization & Personnel" was held at the BSFZ Obertraun, the participants were able to gain insight into practice and concrete application examples in an intensive 2-day mix of lecture & group work, a fireside evening on the first day of the seminar rounded off the program (sh here in the video).
On 01.02.2023, the "Football Congress Austria" took place in Vienna's Allianz Stadium. In addition to interesting lectures and innovative product presentations, Kraetschmer was able to hold numerous interesting expert discussions, including with Austrian National Team Manager Ralf Rangnick, journalist, author and SKY sports expert for the English Premiere League Raphael Honigstein or ADMIRAL CEO Jürgen Irsigler.
At the first "Southwest Styrian Football Congress" on 11.02.2023 in Eibiswald/Styria, Markus Kraetschmer spoke on the topic of "Personnel management in football - how do you find the optimal coaching staff for your club?". The event, sovereignly moderated by Michael H. Aigner (Die Karrierebegleiter - DKB GmbH), featured an interesting mix of presentations on the topics of "Nutrition" (lecture by Thomas Kressirer), "Developing young players into professionals" (Cem Sekerlioglu) and the right insurance cover for junior, amateur and professional players (Dirk Klinser). With Sturm Graz legend and ex-ÖFB Team striker Mario Haas and Walter Hörmann, 6x Titlewinner with Austria Wien and Sturm Graz and the actual sports director of the Styrian Football Association, at the helm, the organizers were able to present even more prominent guests from Austrian soccer to the many visitors from all age groups.
The project "Real Girls Play Soccer", initiated by the Burgenland Football Association, invited to the Hotel Galantha in Eisenstadt on 23.02.2023 to a panel discussion on the topic: "Male domain soccer - how female is the future of soccer?" Moderator Elisabeth Gamauf-Leitner led an interesting and lively discussion with Irene Fuhrmann, team manager of the Austrian Women's National Football Team, the "Real Girls Play Soccer" project managers Nina Potz and Yvonne Lindner, Burgenland's Sports Regional Councilor Heinrich Dorner and Markus Kraetschmer.
Also in the next weeks further interesting participation in panel discussions as well as lecture activities for Markus Kraetschmer are lining up - already to 01.03.2023 gives it the next "sportsbusiness.at Breakfast club" with ex-Austria Vienna and ÖFB National Teamkeeper Robert Almer (lecture of “603 minutes goal barrier, Performance under pressure”). At the "Sport & Marke" congress in Vienna on May 2nd, 2023, Kraetschmer will take part in a discussion on Austrian sports funding and other sources of financing, followed by the "Football Congress Switzerland" in St. Gallen's Kybunpark on May 9, 2023, and in May and June 2023 he will again act as a lecturer for the "International Association Management in Football" module in the master class of the Football Manager Course at the International Football Institute in Ismaning.
